Leviathan to challenge Pelham’s cannabis interim-control bylaw

Leviathan Cannabis Group, through a subsidiary, Woodstock Biomed Inc., has said it will challenge Pelham’s cannabis interim-control bylaw in the Ontario Superior Court of Justice.

The cannabis growing firm purchased a former cucumber greenhouse at 770 Foss Rd. with plans to turn it into a medical cannabis facility.
