Senators make minor-league deal with Florida Panthers

The Ottawa Senators made a minor-league deal Saturday that will give the club flexibility to make another and give the young players in Belleville a chance to play more.

The Senators sent minor-league winger Jack Rodewald to the Florida Panthers for the rights to college prospect Chris Wilkie, a sixth-round pick in 2015 who has three goals and six points in three games with the Colorado College Tigers.
